What was the highlight of Quality Hotel Match
It was good, but for the price of a room I expected a bit more.
I liked the Hotel itself - building, reception. Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked online check-in and check-out options. I liked that in the room I could boil water and make coffee. Room was quiet.
The room itself looked a little let down. There was some stains on the walls and something sticky on the carpet (jam maybe?). There was dust on the lamps and some surfaces. It looked and felt a bit used before and not cleaned/made up very carefully. I didn't get that fresh feeling of a room. Maybe it is just natural wear and tear, but for the price (aprox. 1690 sek) I expected more.

What was the highlight of Quality Hotel Match
NO cleaning service unless asked, NO information given at check in.
They should tell the guest that the cleaning service will not be done unless they ask for it the previous day before 10pm. We as tourist didn't know about this and they dont tell you, and when we asked they said that the "instructions" are posted next to the elevators, that we should've read. We recomend to give this information during the check in.

The beds are too hard which means they do not support your lower back when sleaping; leading to back ache when waking up not to mention not sleeping too welll.
